Esquire's Moving Cover

January 15th, 2010  |  Published in Business, Design  |  2 Comments

“You’ve already seen this month’s Rachel Weisz cover, but you haven’t yet seen our ‘digital’ version. As the first UK magazine to use a prototype of the next generation Red One digital camera to produce a moving cover, all we can say is that it’s a shame Rachel had a problem with the zip. We’ll have more behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot later in the week.” – Esquire (from Gym Class Magazine)

    That’s a waste of a RED camera.
A stupid short shot with zero going on fly away hair and noise in the
back ground of the shot weird ramping of the light pixelating. Looks
like it could have been shot on an I phone. Totally fails to impress me
a case of technology disguised as innovation or creativity. If it was
well done OK but really this is what you’ve got to show?
